About the Health & Wellness Fair

The County of Summit perks are endless and we are bringing a few of our benefit and wellness vendors to you during the health and wellness fair. Employees can earn Personify Health Points by participating in our Health Fair and screenings, as well as being entered into a raffle for a chance to win some giveaways.

Thank you for joining us!

By participating in our Health Fair, you will receive a passport which can be completed and turned in to be entered in the raffle for a chance to win one of the giveaways below. Winners will be drawn and notified the week after the event. Special thanks to our vendor partners for their sponsorship of gifts.

There will be games available for a chance to win some fun smaller prizes. Be sure to get two raffle tickets when you sign-in which can be used to play the games provided. Also, lucky participants will have a chance to win an instant big prize with a hidden big ticket in their grab bag. We will see you all there...hope you enjoy!
