How do I find medical providers for my health plan?

Medical Mutual of Ohio network provider search: medmutual.com. Note, if searching for providers for the Advantage or Maximum Value Plans, the network is the SUPERMED PPO network. If searching providers for the MedFlex Plan, the network is the MEDFLEX network.
