If you enroll in the Maximum Value High-Deductible Health Plan with an HSA or elect a new medical plan for the upcoming Plan Year, you will receive new medical cards.  Dental and vision ID cards are not issued; however, they can be accessed through the carriers’ mobile apps. Dental and vision coverage can also be verified directly with your provider by providing your date of birth and Social Security number.
