Health Care Flexible Spending (HCFSA): Will I lose the money in my HCFSA if I don't spend it by December 31, 2024?
The FSA has a "carryover". FSA carryover is a feature that allows you to roll over unused funds from a Health Care Flexible Spending Account (HCFSA) from one year to the next. The carryover limit for 2025 is $640. Any funds remaining after the carryover limit is reached are forfeited. Carryover will allow you to rollover up to a max of $640 of your remaining 2024 HCFSA balance into plan year 2025 HCFSA , fter all eligible claims have been submitted by the March 31, 2025 run-out deadline.
