MedFlex Plan: What if I am traveling out of the network service area?

You would have coverage for true emergencies only. If you need to seek care for services that are not true emergencies, we encourage you to use the FREE telemedicine service, First Stop Health, offered through the County or wait to seek care when you are in the network servicing area.
