Mindfulness Program Participants Website
The 9-week program will include 2 virtual sessions and 7 in-person sessions, all within the lunch hour. In our 2 instructional sessions we will gain an understanding of how the brain and body automatically respond to safety and threats. This helps us to create a secure foundation to cultivate a successful practice and integrate mindfulness into our daily lives. Mindfulness is a practice, attitude, and new way of living life. Mindfulness expands our capacity to tolerate stress, which improves our mental and physical health and increases our overall happiness in life.

Mindful Movement
Mindful Emotions
Mindful Eating
Mindful Art
Mindful Listening
