How do I check my Personify Health Points/Rewards?

Computer Application: Go to Personify Health on your pc > My Rewards > My Earnings > View Full Point Summary (click on All)

  • If sending to Employee Benefits, please save the full statement as a pdf either by "Print to PDF" or "Save As PDF".

Smart Device Application: Go to the Personify Health app > Rewards > My Earnings > View Full Point Summary
